The Blood python (Python Curtus Brongersmai) is a snake I wanted very much as a kid. I worked in a pet shop in Florida when I was 15, and fell in love with these snakes while looking at photos of them. At the time all I could get were imports and wild caught specimen's can be pretty agressive. Now a days with the captive breeding going on it's much easier to get a well mannered blood. Mine is very timid and as they say puppy dog tame.
